FRP, FIBER-REINFORCED PLASTIC DESCRIPTION

The FRP material is developed and manufactured during the production of the product by joining two components. The material corresponds directly to the product geometry since finishing and a rework would damage the material fibers and lead to a degradation of the mechanical characteristics of the product.

PULTRUDED GRATINGS

Pultrusion is a continuous process using fiber reinforcements with thermosetting resin matrices. Pre-selected reinforcement materials, such as fiberglass rovings, mat woven fabrics, or stitched fabrics are drawn through a resin bath in which all material is thoroughly impregnated with a liquid thermosetting resin. Typical resins include polyesters, vinyl esters, and phenolics.

FRP manhole cover

We can supply FRP grating manhole cover with mild steel angle bar or FRP frame and with or without FRP checker plate cover.

Heavy Duty FRP grating

It is design for heavy duty usage.

FRP cat ladder c/w safety ring

We can supply FRP cat ladders c/w safety ring for platform and tank top access. FRP material will prevent rusting and be long-lasting.
We also can supply an FRP tank top railing.

FRP platform and ladder

We also can design, fabricate and install at the site for equipment or working platform, ladder for corrosive environment.

Round Tube Railing

We can supply a completed unit of FRP round tube handrail as per the customer's requirement and we can supply railing fitting such as a corner, T, cross, and holder.

FRP trash/rubbish screen

To prevent rubbish to enter the pump sump at the sewage treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, or drain. Corrosion resistance and no scrap value.
Clearance width is 12 mm and 25 mm.

FRP platform and FRP ladder

We have the FRP platform and FRP ladder that cater to very corrosive environments and are customized to customers' requirements.
